This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Order No.2/Srimushnam/2023 dated 23.08.2023 passed by the 2^nd respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the 1^st respondent to grant permission to perform the Sacrificer's Memorial Tribute at Playground at open place near at Madhakalleer Village and Sethiyathoppu Taluk, Cuddalore District on Sunday from Morning 10 A.M. To 5 P.M.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
