O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2024, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. On a perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.11.2024, it reveals that the petitioner seeks action as against the persons who are delivering goods through online, on the ground that they are delivering goods without any uniform and without any identity card. As such, the omnibus prayer cannot be considered by the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is completely against the person who is delivering the goods. If the petitioner has any personal grievance, he can lodge a complaint individually. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
