ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue birth certificate to the petitioner's male child namely Aadhil Vignesh Maran who was born on 18.02.2025 at about 8.21 am at the Medical College Hospital, High Ground, Tirunelveli by not mentioning the biological father's name and not insisting the number of Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) within time stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner did not register the pregnancy under the Reproductive and Child Health. When she approached the respondents to issue a birth certificate for her male baby, namely Aadhi Vignesh Maran, the respondents refused to issue the birth certificate since the petitioner failed to produce the I.D number under Reproductive and Child Health (RCH). Further the petitioner has not mentioned
