This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 11 to redress the grievance of the twelfth respondent temple by considering the petitioner's representations dated 08.07.2013 and 26.05.2025.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 10.06.2025, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department to take instructions, more particularly, in considering the report that has already been called for by the fifth respondent.

4. On carefully going through the written instructions, it is seen that already the survey has been completed for the immovable properties belonging to the temple and boundary stones have been laid.
