This Appeal Suit had been filed against the judgment and decree dated

30.04.2024 made in O.S.No.96 of 2022 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that the Appellant herein is the Defendant in the suit filed by the Respondent/Plaintiff for the relief of Specific Performance of the agreement for Sale dated 13.08.2018 and for permanent injunction in O.S.No.96 of 2022. The Trial Court had decreed the suit for Specific Performance in O.S.No.96 of 2022 and against which this Appeal has been filed.
