O R D E R
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 in S.T.C.No.1063 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners seeking recall of the Non Bailable Warrant. 2. The petitioners are arrayed as A2 to A4 in the complaint lodged by the respondent for the offence under Sections 58 & 59 (i) of the Food Safety and Standard Act , 2006. There are totally four accused in the case. The 1st accused pleaded guilty and accordingly, the case was split up and assigned a new S.T.C.No.1063 of 2024. In the said S.T.C.No.1063 of 2024, the petitioners are arrayed as A1 to A3. The petitioners failed to appear before the trial Court and therefore, the trial Court issued Non-Bailable Warrants against them. Subsequently, the petitioners filed a petition to recall the warrants, without appearing in person. The trial Court, not being satisfied with the reasons given for their non-appearance, dismissed the application.
