2. The petitioners are the husband and wife respectively. The first petitioner is the first defendant and the 2^nd petitioner is the 4^th defendant in the suit in OS No.494/2008 filed by the first respondent/plaintiff for declaration to declare that the decree dated 27.08.2002 in OS No. 551/2001 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Madurai is null and void and to declare that the sale deed dated 06.08.2007 vide registration No.23/2007
