The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated

19.01.2021 in IA No.301/2019 in OS No.494 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

2. The petitioners are the husband and wife respectively. The first petitioner is the first defendant and the 2nd petitioner is the 4th defendant in the suit in OS No.494/2008 filed by the first respondent/plaintiff for declaration to declare that the decree dated 27.08.2002 in OS No. 551/2001 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Madurai is null and void and to declare that the sale deed dated 06.08.2007 vide registration No.23/2007
