ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order passed in R.C.S.No.86/2024 dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai in Crime No.290 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent, thereby accepting the closure report filed by the first respondent in Cr.No.290 of 2017.
2. The petitioner's mother who is the de facto complainant had lodged a complaint before the first respondent police and the same has been registered in Cr.No.290/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 468, 471, 420, 506(i) & 120(b) of IPC. While pending investigation, the accused namely A1 and A2 / respondents 2 and 3, filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24
