Headnote:(A) Constitution of India - Article 226 - Writ of Mandamus - Petitioner sought directions for action against corrupt activities and improvements in agriculture infrastructure - Administration is bound to consider the representation of the petitioner. (Paras 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8)

Findings of Court:
The court reaffirmed that the administration must assess the warehouse situation while indicating no direct orders could be issued on policy matters.
Issues: Whether the allegations of corruption warranted direct intervention by the court, and if infrastructure improvements requested by the petitioner were justifiable actions.
Ratio Decidendi: The court emphasized the need for governmental review and action concerning infrastructure, while it refrained from overstepping by enforcing mandates that are policy-driven.
Result: Writ Petitions are disposed of.
