Challenge has been made to the judgement and decree dated 24.08.2022 passed by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Erode District at Bhavani, whereby the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2021 was decreed in part and a decree for specific performance of the agreement of sale was granted, on the ground that the said judgement and decree were obtained by fraud and collusion.
