An order passed by a learned Single Judge of this court protecting the possession of the writ petitioner in respect of the leased premises, rather restoring the status quo ante by rewinding the clock, after repossession on expiry of the lease period and another order, with some adverse remarks against the Government machinery, quashing the order passed by the authority which rejected the claim of the writ petitioner for renewal of lease period, and remitting the matter to the authority for reconsideration by giving personal hearing to the writ petitioner, are put to challenge in the present writ appeals.
