O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.I/7930/2015 dated 30.07.2021, the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.R2/18435/2021 dated 24.01.2023 and dated 27.11.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularize petitioner's period of service on daily wages from 27.10.1995 to 05.11.2001 with time scale of pay with all consequential monetary and other service benefits.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to be regularised from 27.10.1995. In this connection, the petitioner has sent representation and in pursuance of the representation, the respondent considered and rejected the same vide impugned orders dated 30.07.2021, 24.01.2023 and 27.11.2024.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.13323 of 2009 and would invite the attention of this Court about the order passed in the said writ petition, wherein this Court has directed the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from 05.11.2001.
