This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely S.Barjees Begam, D/o.Sulthan Mohideen, aged 24 years), before this Court and to entrust her custody to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1&2 and Mr.S.Atham Ali, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The third daughter of the petitioner is a student of B.Com degree in a private college at Ilayangudi. While so, the second daughter of the petitioner had informed that the third respondent who is also a resident of the local area had been unnecessarily following the second daughter despite her strong warning. In such circumstances, on 07.08.2025 at about 1.00 a.m, the petitioner had found his second daughter missing from the house. The petitioner unable to know the whereabouts of his daughter, had preferred a complaint as a result of which a case in Crime No.77 of 2025 under the caption 'woman missing' was registered by the second respon
