This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take immediate steps in assigning a child to the petitioner according to her seniority rank.
2.When this writ petition came up for hearing on 10.07.2025, this Court passed the following order:
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 4 produced the written instructions received from the respondents 2 to 4 and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:
