ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption 'being mentioned'.

2.The learned counsel for both parties state that the parties are praying to have the suit itself disposed of expeditiously and hence seek modification in the order.

3.In view of the same, Para No.4 of the order dated 18.07.2025 shall read as follows:

"4. Considering the limited requests made by both side counsels, the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Cheyyar, is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.337/2003, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

4.Except for the aforesaid corrections, the order dated 18.07.2025 remains unaltered in all other respects.
