ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication dated 03.02.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and for consequential direction to the respondent not to insist on No objection Certificate (NOC) for drawing water from the borewell in SF.No.27/1B in Thiruchitrambalam Village, Vanur Block and Taluk, Villupuram District for the purpose of existing industry of the petitioner or in the alternative to renew the NOC for such drawl of water.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 1st respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the respondents are willing to grant permission to the petitioner provided the petitioner applies for the borewell located in SF.No.27/1B based on the Additional Guidelines-2025 issued by the 1st respondent and if the same is done, No Objection Certificate (NOC) will
