The learned Senior Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is willing to go for mediation. In view of the request made by the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to go for mediation. Both the counsels submit that Mr.M.K.Kabir, learned Senior Counsel may be appointed as mediator to mediate the dispute between the parties.
2. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr.M.K.Kabir, learned Senior Counsel, having office at No.GE, Vantage Tower, 34, 5th Avenue, Besant Nagar, Chennai – 600 090, Mobile No.98400 44258, as mediator to mediate the dispute between the parties. The mediator shall submit a report before this Court with regard to the mediation on the next hearing date. The mediator's fees shall be paid by both the parties in equal ratio.
3. Post the matter 'for filing of the mediation report' on 24.09.2025.
