O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the revised scale of pay, along with annual increments and all other arrears, payable to the petitioner from April 2018, pursuant to the communication issued by the first respondent in ref.No.Na.Ka.1029/2022 dated 06.06.2024, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has sent a representation 15.07.2024, seeking to disburse the revised scale of pay, along with annual increments and all other arrears, and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
