ORDER

1. This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India , to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned communication dated 26.10.2021 in Na.Ka.No. 2522/A5/2021 of the 3rd respondent and consequential impugned communication dated 28.02.2024 of the 6th respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and have circulated a letter in this regard. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

3. Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 to 5 stated that he had no objection.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
