ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025 and to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents, whose club is being run illegally without proper registration and audit.
2. The Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent No.6.
3. It appears that in a similar issue, this Court has already passed an order in W.P.(MD) No.19993 of 2025, dated 24.07.2025, wherein the third respondent, who is the third respondent herein, was directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2025. The relevant portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
