PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the

respondent police for offence under sections 353, 447 & 170 of IPC in

Crime Number 119 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein has trespassed into the Judicial

Officers Quarters and tried to take photographs of the learned

Magistrates and when the same was questioned by the Sentry, the

petitioner has given contrary response. Hence, the complaint has been

lodged.

3. On an earlier occasion, this Court dismissed the anticipatory

bail petition on considering the gravity of the offence and has also

observed the presence of the accused person inside the compound of

the Judges Quarters was not properly explained by the learned Counsel

for the petitioner and without taking him into custody, the man

behind his action could not be traced.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the

petitioner and also considering that there is no change in

circumstances traced, this Court is not inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
