PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence

under Sections 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, 376(2)

(n) of Indian Penal Code and 5(l), 5(n), 5(j)(ii) read with sections

6 and 17 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012

in Crime No.10 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks

anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are parents of the victim minor girl, who

performed marriage to the victim girl with one Ragu at the instance

of the victim girl.
