PRAYER: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C.,

against the judgment and decree dated 02.06.2011 made in

A.S.No.4 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Court,

Namakkal, in reversing the judgment and decree, dated 20.04.2009

made in O.S.No.295 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court,

Rasipuram.

JUDGMENT

The successful plaintiff is the appellant herein.
