PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence

under Section 67A of IT Act, Section 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in

Crime No.316 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks

anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant

had love affair with A1 and when they decided to get married, A1

confessed that she had loved one Azad/the petitioner from 9th

standard and were in relationship for 11 years during which, the

petitioner recorded all the inmate moments and after breakup, he

uploaded everything in the inter
