ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the

respondent police for an offence under Sections 379, 430 IPC

r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act,

1957 in Crime No.601 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was

involved in illegal transportation of one unit of river by using TATA

pick up vehicle.

3. It is seen from records that this is the fourth bail
