ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for

the records of the summon issued under Section 91 of Cr.P.C.

dated 15.09.2021 by the respondent in C.No.27/COP/PG/2021 and

quash the same.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner was

served with a summon by the respondent under Section 91 of

Cr.P.C. directing him to appear for enquiry on 23.11.2021 and

29.11.2021 based on the complaint lodged by one Prasanth before

the Commissioner of Police, Chennai.
