ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the

respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section

465, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC in Crime No.214 of 2021, on the file of

the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that one Nareshkumar/defacto

complainant who represents for the Gopal Narayanan is residing in

London, lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that

one Gopal Narayanan purchased a property bearing Document No.3645 of

1982 from
