This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to call

for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.145 of

2020 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. The brief facts of the case is that the respondent

has suo motu registered a case in Crime No.145 of 2020 against

the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 188,
