Notice dated 03.05.2014 and 17.06.2014 and quash the same and
consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to repay the
amount realised in violation to the directions of the High Court
in W.P.No.4066 of 2010 dated 26.02.2010.

statement of Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner
to the effect that there are no outstanding of arrears due from
the petitioner in regard to the charges payable to the property
at No.35, Chakkarai Chetty Street, Chennai – 600 079 for demand
notices dated 03.05.2014 and 07.06.2014.
2. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
