2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials

available on record.

3.The revision petitioner is the defendant, against whom, the

respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.4746 of 2017 for recovery of arrears of

rent along with damages, future profits and for permanent injunction. Pendin
