Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the

High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that till filing of

the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the

respondent police on every month at 10.30 am until further orders

imposed in the above Crl.MP.No.11006 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.9462 of

2021 dated 28.10.2021.
