Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in

the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass

an order to relax the para (5) (e) the petitioner shall report before

the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in

CRL.O.P.No.26082 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Hon'ble

Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may

deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the

petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of M/S.R.VENKATRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of

SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court

made the following order:-

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition

imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26082 of 2021

on 05.01.2022, to report before the Investigating Officer daily at

10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the

condition imposed by this Court was complied with and already the

complaint has been filed before the concerned Court. Recording the

same, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified. The

petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge,

Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai 600 104. on the

first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. apart from the hearing

dates fixed by the Trial Court.
