Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in

the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to

permit the Petitioners/Appellants to deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/-

(Rupees Twelve Laks only) to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.7453 of

2019, on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai on or

before 11.05.2022, towards the part compliance of the order dated

15.03.2022 passed in CMP.No.11219 of 2021 in AS.No.230 of 2021

(IN CMP.No.7627 of 2022) and

(ii)To extend the time for deposit of the balance sum of

Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Laks only) by 8 weeks from 16.05.2022

to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.7453 of 2019, on the file of VI

Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in due of compliance of the

order dated 15.03.2022 passed in CMP.No.11219 of 2021 in AS.No.230 of

2021 (IN CMP.No.7631 of 2022)

Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon

perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support
