JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgement and

order in Sessions Case No.79 of 2008 dated 03.12.2011 on the file of the

Magalir Neethimandram, Chennai 600 104.

2. At the time of occurrence, the appellant herein was about 25

years and the victim girl was minor around 17 years old, pursuing her XII
