This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a

Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to

consider the representation letter dated 08.11.2021 and to

change patta in favour of petitioner father name and issue

computerized chitta in bearing survey No.75/1A, extent of 0.07.0

hectares and in survey No.75/111, it extent of 0.34.5 hectares

of land in Marandahalli, Palacode, Dharmapuri-District.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for

issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on

behalf of the respondent submitted that the Patta has already

been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the

petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present

Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
