This application has been filed by the applicant, urging this Court to

accept the English translation of a Tamil Will dated 21.09.2017 in respect of

which, Letters of Administration has been sought for by the applicant in the

Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that

though the Will has been filed along with the petition in the month of April,

the matter has been pending for want of translation of the same and hence,

the applicant himself got translated it in English and filed the same.

Therefore, the learned counsel would urge this Court to accept the same and

prays for early disposal without any further delay.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the

applicant and to avoid delay in the matter, this Court feels it appropriate to

allow the application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. The
