The present application is filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to

direct the Registry of this Court to translate the registered Settlement

Deed dated 12.06.1950 from Telugu language to English and pass

appropriate orders.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs submits that

the suit has been filed for declaration and injunction on the ground that

a memorandum of agreement was entered between the plaintiffs' grand

father and plaintiffs' father on 12.04.1949, wherein the property was

allotted to the plaintiffs' grand father and after his lifetime, the property

will devolve upon his son's male descendants, viz., the plaintiffs and

their sons. Thereafter, a partition deed dated 14.06.1949 was entered

between the plaintiffs' father and grand father, in which also the suit

property was allotted to plaintiffs' grand father. Further, on 12.06.1950, a

registered settlement deed was executed by the applicants' grand

father and according to the said settlement deed, the suit schedule
