Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of

Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the

second respondent herein in No.SCT/S-41/SEWA BSNL/3^rd Circle

Conference/2015-16/31 dated 25.05.2015 and the consequential

order passed by the first respondent herein in No.SCT/S-41/SEWA

BSNL/3^rd Circle Conference/2015-16/44 dated 13.07.2015 and quash

the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to

grant approval and recognition of newly elected office bearers

for the year 2015-17 in the 3^rd Tamil Nadu Circle Conference held

on 27.05.2015 at Thanjavur.

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the

petitioner, made a submission that the cause aroused for the

purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of

respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as

infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
