By this common order, all these five Writ Petitions are being disposed of.

2. In these Writ Petitions, the Petitioner has challenged the Tender Summary Reports. By the impugned Tender Summary Reports, the Petitioner's bids, in respect of the tenders floated by the respective Town Panchayats, were rejected during the technical evaluation.
