C.R.P.(MD)No.2309 of 2025 has been filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.40 of 2022 in O.S.No.51 of 2019 dated
28.03.2025, on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Paramakudi.
2.C.R.P.(MD)No.2079 of 2025, has been filed seeking to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.51 of 2019, on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Paramakudi.
3.Since both the Civil Revision Petitions arise out of the common issue, these Civil Revision Petitions are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner in C.R.P.(MD)No.2079 of 2025 would submit that the petitioner is the fifth defendant in the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi.
