Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and

in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to

grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the award and

decree dated 09.08.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.130/2020, on the file

of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,(In the court of the II

Additional District Judge)Vellore @ Ranipet(in CMP.No.18768 of

2021)pending disposal of the CMA.No.3302 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof

and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the

petitioner, the court made the following order:-

Interim stay on condition that the appellant/Insurance Company

shall deposit a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.130

of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, II

Additional District Court, Vellore at Ranipet, within a period of

eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically

vacated without any further reference to this Court.
