Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution

filed against the order of delivery passed in EP 89/2020 in RCOP

No.1466/2018 dated 14.12.2020 on the file of the X Small Causes

Court at Madras (in C.R.P.NO.165 OF 2021) and

(ii) To grant Ad Interim stay of the all further proceedings

in EP 89/2020 in RCOP No.1466/2018 on the file of the X Small

Causes Court at Madras (in C.M.P.NO.1562 OF 2021) pending disposal

of the above Civil Revision Petition (C.R.P.NO.165 OF 2021).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the

petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon

hearing the arguments of MR.V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN for MR.AVINASH

WADHWANI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the
