peaceful possession, which is the subject matter in O.S. 607 /1995 on

the file of II Additional District Munsif, Ulundurpet, (IN

CMP.NO.5531/2002) pending disposal of this SA.NO.671/2002.

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

This petition has been filed to grant ad-interim injunction in

the year 2002. Notice was ordered to the respondent on 08.09.2010.

Since no interim injunction has been granted and the Second Appeal

is posted for final hearing, this petition is closed.
