The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial

custody on 12.08.2021 for the offence under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act,

1992 in Crime No.1558 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police,

seek bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners are

alleged to have damaged the welfare scheme banner installed by the

Municipality.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit

that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the
