India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records

pertaining to the Memo B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.42/2021 C2 date

30.03.2021 on the file of the 2^nd respondent herein and set aside

the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the

petitioner Angadi Setti Siva, son of Angadi Setti Samy, aged 50

years, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai,

before this Court and set him at liberty.
