of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to

call for the records relating to 3rd respondent proceedings in

O.M.No. 17017/2012/A4 dated 30.08.2012 and quash the same

consequently direct the 3rd respondent to consider the

petitioner request for issue of the 2C Tree Patta and B Memo

Pattas for Poramboke lands adjacent to the petitioner private

patta lands measuring 1.20 Acres comprised in Survey No.

993/A1A at Aliyar Poramboke Assessed Waste Lands in
