This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India against the order, dated 05.02.2020,

passed in E.P.No.665 of 2018 in O.S.No.163 of 2015 on the file

of II Additional District Court, Puducherry, directing the

revision petitioner to pay the E.P. amount or face arrest.
