C.M.P.No. 20842 of 2021 has been filed to declare the petitioner/ 2nd
appellant as major.
2. C.M.P.No. 20844 of 2021 has been field to discharge her from the
guardianship of her son Gunaseelan.
3. C.M.P.No. 20840 of 2021 has been filed to declare the petitioner/3rd
appellant as major.
4. C.M.P.No. 20841 of 2021 has been filed to discharge her from the
guardianship of her son Sathiyaseelan.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced 10th standard mark
sheets of the 2nd and 3rd appellants. It is seen that the 2nd appellant / Gunaseelan
was born on 07.07.1999 and the 3rd appellant/Sathiyaseelan was born on
25.12.2000. Both of them have attained majority.
6. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the 2nd and
3rd appellants are declared as majors and the guardianship of the 2nd and 3rd
appellants are discharged.
