C.M.P.No. 20842 of 2021 has been filed to declare the petitioner/ 2^nd

appellant as major.

2. C.M.P.No. 20844 of 2021 has been field to discharge her from the

guardianship of her son Gunaseelan.

3. C.M.P.No. 20840 of 2021 has been filed to declare the petitioner/3^rd

appellant as major.

4. C.M.P.No. 20841 of 2021 has been filed to discharge her from the

guardianship of her son Sathiyaseelan.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced 10^th standard mark

sheets of the 2^nd and 3^rd appellants. It is seen that the 2^nd appellant / Gunaseelan

was born on 07.07.1999 and the 3^rd appellant/Sathiyaseelan was born on

25.12.2000. Both of them have attained majority.

6. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the 2^nd and

3^rd appellants are declared as majors and the guardianship of the 2^nd and 3^rd

appellants are discharged.
