High Court will be pleased to direct respondent return of petitioners

Passport bearing Nos.P5551235 and P7419002 respectively and

consequently permit the petitioners go abroad to meet their father or

pass any other appropriate order or orders as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the

petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.DHANASEKARAN,

Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S N.P.KUMAR, SPECIAL PUBLIC

PROSECUTOR FOR DRI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made

the following order:-

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks

permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he has also

made an endorsement to that effect which is extracted as follows:

“ Permitted to withdraw the return of Passport Petition with

liberty”
