PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 06.10.2023 made

in E.P.No.208 of 2017 in O.S.No.26 of 2011 and dismiss the E.P.No.208 of

2017 on the file of the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge of

Tindivanam.

passed by the executing Court in E.P.No.208 of 2017 in O.S.No.26 of 2011,

the judgment debtor has preferred this revision.
